Keep the planet clean… and your pocket book full!

If you are anything like me you probably switch out your mobile phone about once a year. I’ll be the first to admit that this process can get quite costly very quickly. And there is also a lot of concern about its impact on the environment. Even though all modern phones are RoHS compliant there is generally still a little heavy metals such as lead used to manufacture the phones, and just look at the plastic case, that is not going away any time soon! I have been recycling my phone batteries for years because I know the lithium introduced into the ecosystem is not good! But there’s not a lot of places I’ve seen where you can recycle you phone.

I’ve got a little secret for you though! I found a little easter egg looking for mobile phone recycling. Not only can I now recycle my phone, but I get paid for doing it! I know sounds ludicrous generally when you try and go green it costs you an arm and a leg… but not with SellMyMobile.com they actually pay you to recycle your mobile phone! Your phone can get more use out of its lifespan and you get a little money back from your no doubt costly phone upgrade!
